It was a rainy afternoon and after hanging out for about an hour in Lake Apo, we proceeded to RR Family Spring Resort located in Tubigon, Maramag, Bukidnon. Fortunately, the rain already subsided when we reached the resort. Though it was still cloudy, it gave us the opportunity to take more photos of the place.

This signage is only a few hundred meters away from the entrance of Edlimar Farm & Spring Resort which is also in Barangay Tubigon. From the national highway, turn left and just follow the directions posted along the road going to RR Family Spring Resort.

I haven't been to RR for about two years and I was really impressed with the development of the resort in that span of time. They now have 5 swimming pools, overnight accommodation, open cottages and tables, function rooms, restaurant and children playground.
Accommodation good for 4 persons is P2,500.00. Dormitory room rate is also P2,500.00 for the first 10 persons and P250.00 per person in excess thereof.

Due to the lack of time (and swimming attire), we didn't get the chance to swim in the pools of RR Family Spring Resort. I would love to visit this resort again someday, stay a little longer, take a dip on its cool waters and enjoy the scenery while drinking some ice cold beer.
How to go there:
From Cagayan de Oro City you can ride the RTMI aircon bus going to Valencia City, Bukidnon. Travel time from Cagayan de Oro to Valencia City is 3-4 hours. From the Valencia City Integrated Bus Terminal, ride any non-aircon bus going to Davao, Wao or any southern part of Bukidnon (Maramag, Kibawe, Damulog, Kadingilan, etc.). Tell the bus conductor that you're going to RR Family Spring Resort in Tubigon, Maramag, Bukidnon. Estimated travel time from Valencia City to RR Family Spring Resort is only about 30 minutes.

ReplyDeleteTry these contact numbers 09169900015 and 09128300333. Kung mag-bus po kayo, just tell the conductor to drop you in the entrance road of RR Family Resort. The resort is located in Barangay Tubigon, part of the Municipality of Maramag. If you're riding a private vehicle, RR is about 10 kilometers after Maramag proper if you're coming from Davao City. May signboard po sa gilid ng highway. Anyway, you can just ask around once you reach the barangay of Tubigon.
