The New Valencia City Public Market

Though it is still not open to the public, construction of the New Valencia City Public Market in Valencia City, Bukidnon is now completed. It is strategically built in the city center, where the old public market once stood. It is right across Gaisano Valencia and is surrounded by banks, pharmacies and other commercial establishments. This modern public market will soon serve Valencianos and residents of nearby towns as it will house a wet market, dry goods stores, and food stalls, among others. The 2-storey building is also equipped with escalators for buyers' convenience.

Here are some photos taken inside and outside the New Valencia Public Market recently:

The On-Going Construction of New Valencia Public Market

These are the latest photos of the on-going construction of the new public market of Valencia City, Bukidnon. The multimillion project is built in the same area where the old public market, which was gutted by fire years ago, used to stand.

Upon completion, I am sure that this modern public market will further boost the economy of this progressive city. I just hope, however, that the authorities will be able to solve traffic congestion problem in this area.
