Lake Napalit lying in the foot of Kalatungan Mountains.
Lake Napalit is one of the tourist attractions of Pangantucan, Bukidnon. There are 24 islets of different sizes floating around the lake. The biggest islet is 50 feet wide. These islets float around the lake according to the direction of the wind.
These photos were taken when we happened to pass by Lake Napalit during our field work in Barangay Pigtauranan.
Lake Napalit is recorded as the lowest elevation of the Kalatungan Mountain Range.
Local folks tilled the sugarcane farm adjacent to the lake.

ReplyDelete...lake napalit diay ang real name sa lake,ang tawag man gud namu kay lake mata.,actually duha gud na cya ka lake,,gamay kaayo ang isa pero super dalom,,,dili matungkad.amzing jud,,well... share lang.naa lng man gud sa ubos sa amung umahan ang lake,..abot-tanaw lng cya..
