Passing by the White Rock Walls in San Jose, Quezon, Bukidnon


The White Rock Walls in San Jose, Quezon, Bukidnon are mountains made of solid limestones and are ideal for rock climbing and rappelling.
The sight of the White Rock Walls can not be missed when you're traveling from Maramag and going to Quezon or Davao City. Once you descend from the National Power Corporation's compound in Camp 1, Maramag, the sight of these limestone mountains will greet your eyes:

It became even more imposing as you approach the bridge:

This photo was taken while I'm standing in the middle of the San Jose bridge which crosses over the Pulangi River.

Also located within the White Rock Walls is the Blue Water Cave which has an underground water source flowing out towards the Pulangi River. Hopefully, I could check out this cave someday.

Getting there:
All buses traveling the Cagayan de Oro-Davao City via Buda route will pass by the White Rock Walls in San Jose, Quezon, Bukidnon. Barangay San Jose is about 10 kilometers from the Poblacion. Travel time from Cagayan de Oro City is estimated at 4-5 hours.

    ..white rocks were amazing...palagi ko itong nakikita 'pag umuuwi kami sa bukidnon,,,my hometown..sa davao kasi nag-aaral,huhu
